nicht gerade JT-News aber ich wusste sonst nicht recht, wo ich das posten sollte:

Ok, so now I have a big favor to ask. I am participating in an online audition to play with the Foo Fighters at this year’s Grammy Awards. I have made it to the quarter finals and now I need votes from the public to move on. It would be wonderful if you could help me out by voting as much as you can and by asking your friends to do the same.

Thanks so much for all of your help and support. I hope to play for you in 2008.

1. Go to www.youtube.com/mygrammymoment

2. Click on the Orange/Yellow bar mid-way down the page that says: "Vote Now!"

3. A video screen will open up with a search box at the bottom that says: "search for a video:"

4. In this search box, type: theboggster

5. A small thumbnail of ann marie's video will appear below the search box. Click on it and you will be taken to Ann Marie's video.

6. Next to the video you will see an icon of a thumbs up and a thumbs down.

7. To vote for Ann Marie, click on the thumbs up, so that it turns green.

8. To vote again, click again on the small thumbnail video. The thumbs up will be white, and you can click it again so that it turns green.

9. Vote as many times as you want to, there is no limit!

10. The last day to vote in this round is February 1st

jau, ist mir auch erst hinterher aufgefallen...hatte die Nachricht aber erst vor wenigen Stunden bekommen...sorry...und angeblich sollte man ja noch bis zum 1. Feb. voten können.....tja, dann können wir ihr auch nicht mehr helfen...obwohl ihr Video ja wirklich niedlich ist....

Aber dann sei hier wenigstens noch erwähnt, daß Ann Marie mit Universal Series Bus Ringo Starr konzertiert(e):

This new year is shaping up really nicely, and started off with an exciting series of gigs with Ringo Starr! I never thought I would share the stage with a Beatle, and it was certainly a bright spot in my musical career that I will never forget. Interestingly, I learned to play acoustic guitar for three Beatle tunes. My left hand is still throbbing from practicing bar chords. Right now I am excited about opportunities for the new year. I hope to play more with Steve Vai and I have tentative plans to play with several other great bands.

Sie hat es in die TOP 15 geschaft und nun muss sie nur noch die Top 1 werden.

So,

unsere chinese-american Bluegrassspezialistin hat es geschafft und "rehearsed" jetzt mit den Foo Fighters!

Jetzt können wir ihr ab dem 4. Februar noch dazu verhelfen, zum "featured artist of the orchestra" zu werden.

Ann Marie bedankt sich bei allen Tull Fans (und Old Webby of A New Day fame im Besonderen) für die Unterstützung - so wurde es mir zumindestens mitgeteilt!

Also, wer der lieben Ann Marie helfen will am 4. Februar bitte wieder fleissig an der bekannten Stelle für sie klicken....
