Hi all,

I am going to prepare german cheese fondue, based on beer. I am pretty good cook and love to taste new things to me So do you have any suggestions and tips about cooking such german fondue?

Actually I have never heard of a "german" fondue. I always thought these fondue stuff is typical swiss. But if it is beer based it must be good, though.....

Yep. The original swiss fondue bases on wine and german one has beer instead
